The 3-zip-line tour typically lasts just under an hour, while the extended 6-zip-line tour (2x through) generally takes a little over an hour to complete.

Yes, minimum age to participate is 8 to tour if parents are not present,  6 and 7 year olds are allowed with parents on the tour! Recommended weight is 70 lbs, (DON’T WORRY IF UNDER 70lbs, in a strong wind they may be asked to go tandem with parent) and maximum weight is 250 to 275, this is flexible  if participants exhibit ability to bear their own weight during activities. There are no height minimums.

Please Arrive 15 to 30 minutes Before your appointment to make sure your waivers are in order and you can check in for the tour. Please allow for traffic and construction. TOURS MUST START ON TIME.

We require appropriate, modest, and safe attire.

• Dress appropriately for the weather and wear closed-toed shoes (required).
• Tie back long hair, keeping it low enough to fit under the helmet comfortably.
• Sunglasses and prescription glasses can be worn but should not be stored in pockets.
• Leave jewelry in your vehicle that may snag or get caught on equipment and to avoid losing it during the tour.
• If wearing shorts, ensure they reach at least mid-thigh to provide a layer of clothing under the harness strap for added comfort.

Yes, you can print our waiver here. Fill it out and bring it with you on the day of your scheduled activity.

Dress according to the weather. We will operate Rain or Shine. However, in the case of severe weather, winds or lightning, we will make the determination to cancel. We will work with you to reschedule your event at your convenience, or refund your cost in the case of no other options.

Food and drink is permitted, although alcohol is prohibited. Any guests under the influence of any substance will be prohibited from participation.

Cameras and phones are encouraged, at your risk of loss. A GoPro is available for rent on site.

For Groups Less Than 10:

Bookings of less than 10 people require 72 hours notice to cancel reservations.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of appointment will receive a full refund or a one time reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled, but can be transferred to another guest.
 

We operate our tours RAIN OR SHINE. However in the case of severe winds or lightning our course management will determine if a tour is cancelled. Guests may be notified at any time, even during a tour,  of the cancellation for safety reasons.

If we cancel your tour, we will work with you to reschedule. If you are not able to reschedule with us due to our cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
 

We MUST START TOURS ON TIME. Late arrivals and no shows forfeit their payment and spot. No refunds. We will do our best to fit you in another tour if there is room.

For Groups Greater Than 10:

Groups of 10-19 people require a 7 day cancellation notice. Cancellations made within the 7 days forfeit the deposit, or can be rescheduled.

Groups of 20+:

Groups of 20+ people require a 14 day cancellation notice. Cancellations made within the 14 days forfeit the deposit, or can be rescheduled.
